EDFS 2026 R1: Graph-Native Engineering Design Flow Software
EDFS Core — 2026 R1
Graph-Native Engineering Design Flow Foundation
The Core edition provides the common EDFS project, graph, numerical, provenance, execution, results, and reporting environment.
R1 Core is designed to support reproducible engineering workflows through typed graph execution rather than isolated scripts or presentation-only diagrams.
Included capabilities
Graph editor and project environment
Graph Schema v2
Kernel-based execution
Python and GNU Octave numerical backends
Engineering result contracts
Run-state and provenance tracking
Numerical validation and replay infrastructure
Engineering plots
LaTeX / PDF reports
Native macOS application
Reference CRE-RF verification examples
Reference examples
The R1 Core qualification program begins with a set of validated CRE-RF numerical fixtures covering complex RF representation, impedance-to-reflection transformation, Smith/Möbius mappings, transmission-line propagation, and reference-plane transport. The validation corpus expands through the R1 program as additional CRE-RF I/II and industry benchmark workflows are qualified.
Platform
macOS Apple Silicon first
Windows and Linux planned under the common native-host architecture.
